  • Event-specific galleries
  • Publication-ready written features

How Your Team Can Use the Coverage

An illustrative assignment could combine the following material, with delivery and usage agreed in your proposal:

  • Driver portraits: biographies, announcements and sponsor presentations.
  • Race-action selections: event updates and organic social posts.
  • Partner detail: photographs of agreed branding and activation for sponsor reporting.
  • Crew and garage photographs: team stories and recruitment communications.
  • A written recap: an account of the weekend for your website, newsletter or media communications.

This example describes possible deliverables, rather than a previous client commission. Advertising and other extended uses require an agreed license.

Reporting with original photography

Our Laguna Seca report brings the race result, championship context and trackside images together. A commissioned recap or feature can give your team material for its website, newsletter and partner communications, with the scope agreed around your brief.

Before booking, we confirm the event, people and cars to cover, written and photographic deliverables, delivery schedule and usage rights in your proposal.
